Lake Eola inspired the Orlando Pride crest and now it’s being used once again, becoming the inspiration for the 2019 “Eola Reflection” primary jersey from Nike, which features a ripple effect design lifted straight from the surface of the famous body of water.

A sublimated design combines two tones of purple to create the ripple effect through the body of the Orlando Pride 2019 primary jersey, while the raglan design allow the sleeves to adopt sky blue. The sponsor and logos are white, completing the traditional trio of colours that the Pride usually use.

The kit debuted on Sunday as the Pride took on Portland Thorns in their 2019 National Women’s Soccer League season opener, however, despite the new kit, they were unable to get off to a winning start.
