The Best Nike x Liverpool Concept Kits

With the news that the courts ruled against New Balance and that, barring an overturn on appeal, Nike will be supplying Liverpool’s kits from the 2020/21 season, we thought it the perfect time to check out the best Nike x Liverpool concept designs.

After a strong spell together, it appears that this season’s shirt is the last that New Balance will be supplying to Liverpool. With Nike set to step in, concept designers have naturally turned their attentions to what the partnership may conjure, and we’ve rounded up the best of the bunch. The first effort arrives at the top of the page, and comes courtesy of Scoutedfc. It sees three unique designs based on the current Aeroswift template, with a classic look for the home shirt, a green look for the away, and a strong black striped third option.

Next up, Saintetixx provides an nice tweak to the home shirt, with the addition of white detailing on the shoulders. The away shirt inverts that colour scheme for a look won't be unfamiliar to Reds fans, having featured several times in the past, most recently in 2015/16.

Taking more than a hint of inspiration from this season's incredibly popular goalkeeper shirt, Derkam Artz opts for gold on black for the away shirt, while the home shirt adopts a fairly routine red with white accents. Probably wouldn't expect a lot different to this as Nike look to play safe in their first season.

Another fairly safe option for the home shirt, this time from MaxGraphics11. Some strong retro vibes that are not dissimilar to the 2017/18 home shirt but with the powerful addition of the Futura logo. While we may well see that appear on a Liverpool kit next season, it's far more likely to be the third shirt. The away shirt design takes on a look that's very reminiscent of Inter Milan's 19/20 away shirt, minus the gold trim.

Coming in with another attempt, MaxGraphics11 takes on a more traditional set of designs across Nike's current Aeroswift template. But where this collection separates itself from the rest is the inclusion of a special fourth kit, which takes influence from the current trend for collaborations in football, pairing the Reds up with regular Swoosh collaborator, Off White.
