Tens Club Produce 10-Year Anniversary Jersey For South Bronx United

To help South Bronx United celebrate their 10-year anniversary in style, Tens Club turned their uniquely creative attention to the New York club, producing a special edition black and gold jersey in partnership with adidas NYC and Upper 90.

South Bronx United is a youth club in New York City that focuses on football as well as academics and leadership. A special collective, this year they celebrate a decade of "soccer for social change”, which stands as the mantra at the heart of the club. To help the celebrate the decade of accomplishments for both club and community, New York-based creative studio Tens Club produced a special-edition black and gold jersey in partnership with adidas NYC and Upper 90.

Known as the ‘South Bronx Bound’ jersey due to the journey as much as the destination, the design features illustrations inspired by the hand-tiled mosaics and signage of NYC subways. An over-sized club crest sits on the left chest in a subdued black-on-black, while the sponsor space is occupied by by an arrow graphic and the words 'South Bronx Bound, Ten Years Uptown'. 10 honourees were presented with the jersey as part of the club’s 10-year anniversary benefit, which took place on 7 November.
