Let's be honest, the previous Mexico away shirt that was worn in the 2018 World Cup was a seriously tough act to follow; it was one of the best jersey designs on show, but this little drop runs it very close indeed. A low key design that may slip under the radar due to the spotlight of EURO 2020 and the Copa America next summer, leaving Mexico to debut the kit in the next phase of the Concacaf Nations League.
The new away jersey has an elegant design, with silver brushstrokes that pop on a completely white canvas, while the green and red of Mexico's flag feature throughout the uniform: in the adidas three stripes on the jersey's shoulders, on the sleeves, and up the sides of the shorts, framing the white colour like a work of art. The kit is completed by white socks emblazoned with bright Mexican flags.
