With two games left to play in the current season, Joma have unveiled what Villarreal will be wearing in the next campaign, launching the home, away and third shirts in one hit.
For the 20/21 home kit, Joma have created a shirt that maintains Villarreal CF’s identity, using the traditional yellow with black accents, while that colour combination is inverted for the away shirt, which sees more yellow accents utilised on the black base. But it’s on the third shirt where a real change of pace is introduced with a look that wouldn’t look out of place on the likes of West Ham, Aston Villa and Burnley.
The third shirt also boasts a graphic print on the lower right side of the body. Not entirely sure what Joma were going for here really, and it’s easy to see this one being divisive, while the other two options stick fairly firmly to the ‘safe but boring’ approach.
With two games to go in La Liga, you can expect to see one or more of these debut before the end of the season.
