RB Leipzig Unveil 21/22 Nike Home Shirt

As the season draws to a close, RB Leipzig have one more big occasion to look forward to, when they face Borussia Dortmund in the DFB-Pokal final on Thursday 13 May. And ready for the occasion, they will debut their new Nike home kit for the 21/22 season.

Launching under the “You Can Do Anything” campaign, RB Leipzig have unveiled their new home shirt for the 21/22 season, and they’re set to debut it in the DFB-Pokal final against Borussia Dortmund this week. The shirt features a progressive and striking design that takes the traditional colours of the team and executes it in an all-over graphic print.

The dynamic texture of the shirt allows it to fit like a second skin, and for the first time, the club credo of "You Can Do Anything" will be printed on the back of the shirt, just below the neckline. The connection to Leipzig is highlighted this year through the outline of the city skyline on the neck of the shirt, as well as a written "Die Roten Bullen".

The shirt is made from 100% recycled polyester fabric that has been made from recycled plastic bottles. This creates a kit that delivers peak performance with a lower impact on the environment. Plastic bottles are collected, cleaned and melted down to produce a high-quality yarn for manufacturing and is part of Nike’s wider Move to Zero initiative with football apparel leading the way in sustainability.
