Victoria Park Vixens Reveal Stunning New Home Kit From Kappa

Whilst on a rather extravagant club tour in Athens, Grassroots side Victoria Park Vixens revealed their new home shirt from Kappa, and, as is becoming expected from the brand, it’s another sublime bespoke creation.

Victoria Park Vixens came into being a mere four years ago, but in that sort time both the men’s and women’s teams have already enjoyed success on the pitch, and that’s been followed up by a fresh rebrand, accompanied by a new kit deal with Kappa, joining the likes of Venezia and Athens Kallithea. And, like Kappa do, they’ve provided the club with a sophisticated new look as they head into their fifth year.

The kit sees the club’s traditional claret and magenta colours presented in a tonal vertical stripe execution, with subtle green pinstripes paying tribute to the park that gave the club its name. The new club crest – the foxy focal part of that previously mentioned rebrand – sits centrally below the Kappa Omini logo, lending a simple yet satisfying symmetry to the design. Both crest and branding appear in gold to celebrate the club’s league titles across the last five years in various leagues and across both men’s and women’s teams

We are so honoured to be working with Kappa on our latest kit and brand refresh as they’re such an iconic brand in football so we feel very lucky to be a part of the Kappa family,” explains club founder Morgan Brennan. “It’s a very exciting time for the club as we are expanding our teams, looking to host more events and work on more collaborations in 2024.” Vixens, who are now playing six times a week across women’s and men’s sides, launched their kits with a campaign shot on location on tour in Athens, and featuring an international cast of characters from the playing staff.

Vixens debuted their home shirts in a series of friendlies in Athens in November, facilitated in part by their spiritual siblings, Athens Kallithea, and they will be making their league debut in both home and away kits in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, the club has already teased the upcoming away shirt, suggesting that it’s even better than the home shirt… you have our attention.
