adidas Reveal Ajax 24/25 Home Shirt

Bringing a proper traditional and classic feel to proceedings, Adidas launch the Ajax 24/25 home shirt – the 25th home shirt of the partnership.

Ajax and adidas usually means fire when it comes to kit designs, but that fire is often reserved for the freedom of the away and third shirts. And that looks like it will be the case again this season following on from the recently revealed away shirt, with the brand and club playing it safe with the home shirt for the 24/25 season. It’s a traditional design that leans into the classic character of the club, bringing back a classic polo-style collar for the first time since 2014/15.

Aside from that collar, returning after a 10-year hiatus, the shirt is exactly what you’d expect from an Ajax shirt – white base with that big red central block. The Three Stripes on the shoulders take on a subtle white tone, while the club crest with the three golden stars is proudly displayed on the left chest, with the adidas logo on the right. As with the previously launched away shirt, the three Amsterdam Saint Andrew's Crosses is displayed as a neck detail on the jersey.

In addition to the home kit, the pre-match collection for the 2024/2025 season has also been introduced today. This will be worn by the players during the warm-up sessions before matches. It includes a top and shirt in the black, red and white colours of the flag of Amsterdam, featuring a graphic print created by the repeated placement of the Amsterdam Crosses.
