Red Star FC Reveal Their 24/25 Home, Away & Third Shirts From Kappa

Always one to look out for on the kit drop calendar, Red Star FC have revealed their new kit collection for 24/25 from Kappa. Comprised of home, away and third shirts, the set marks the club’s return to Ligue 2.

Before Venezia caught the attention of the world with their elegant style, there was Red Star FC. The Parisian club may have been overshadowed in the style stakes by the Italian side in recent years, but their’s is no less deserving of the plaudits. While PSG regularly steal the spotlight in the French capital, as the second oldest club in France, Red Star have been going about their business for far longer, building a rebellious and creative culture through their numerous drops. And now they reveal their new kit collection for 24/25.

Coming from Kappa, the home shirt was designed by Lorenzo Marini, and it features five vertical green stripes, emblematic elements of the Audonian tunics worn in Bauer. This alternation of green and white though has been done quite on purpose, symbolising the five Coupes de France that the club has won. The jersey is also composed of a pattern that combines the star and the name of the club as well as its year of creation: RED STAR FC 1897. It then sees a traditional polo collar with a tidy red and green trim, which is also replicated on the cuffs.

The away and third shirt designs have been created in collaboration with Octave Marsal and César Domboy from the DRACO design studio. Inspired by nineteenth-century engravings of the Château de Saint-Ouen and contemporary graphic touches, they embody a fusion between history and modernity. The sublimated graphic also evokes images of the night sky over State Bauer.
