The 2025 Season MLS Kits Revealed So Far

The 2025 Major League Soccer Season gets underway at the end of this month, and teams are starting to tease their new kits ahead of the official launch date, expected to be next week. Here, we take a look at what’s been revealed so far…

With only a few weeks to go until the MLS returns to action with the 2025 campaign, time’s running out for those all important kit reveals. While it’s expected that the official launch for all 30 clubs’ new kits will come next week, some clubs clearly just can’t wait that long! Inter Miami officially got things underway at the end of last year, and they were closely followed by MLS new boys, San Diego FC. But since then it’s been all about the teases, so here’s what we’ve seen so far.

Inter Miami CF Secondary

Inter Miami were the first to not only tease their new jersey, but the first to just outright launch it. Dubbed the 'Fortitude Kit' (taken from the Latin word fortis—meaning strength—and the Spanish fortaleza, representing resilience and determination) the design sees a striking combination of black and dark grey, symbolising granite—a natural representation of strength and resilience. That's offset by pink accents throughout. Interestingly though, Inter Miami will also be getting a new primary jersey for 2025, breaking the tradition that usually sees teams only getting one new kit per year.

San Diego FC Primary

Gearing up for their competitive debut in Major League Soccer this year, San Diego FC revealed their new ‘Inaugural’ primary jersey in DecemberThe design sees the jersey in the club’s primary colour, Azul, which reflects the endless horizon where the ocean meets the sky, capturing the natural beauty of San Diego’s iconic coastline. Chrome accents woven throughout the design echo the city’s dynamic communities, adding a modern, urban touch. The jersey’s gradient side stripes, infused with the Club’s community colours, represent the unity that binds San Diego’s diverse neighbourhoods, showcasing the spirit of connection that defines the city. A solid start. Let's see where they go with their secondary jersey...

Austin FC Primary

Austin FC offered an exclusive look at their 25/26 primary jersey, with multi award-winning musician and Texas’ very own Gary Clark Jr. selected to rep the new threads. The design hones in on Austin's vibrant club colours in order to pay homage to the passionate fanbase they’re famous for, so it’s no surprise the shirt is instantly recognisable.

Atlanta United Primary

At once confirming the club's new primary jersey and the signing of Miguel Almirón, former Atlanta player and captain, Michael Parkhurst posed for a revealing insta post. As you'd expect from an Atlanta United primary jersey, what we get is a red and black vertical stripe design with some subtle gold accents. Unlike the switch from the 21-23 jersey to the 23-25 version, the changes here are seriously minimal, in what is a fun game of spot the difference. We'll go first: the Three Stripes on the shoulders are now red and not gold. Your turn...

Charlotte FC Secondary

New signing Wilf Zaha settled into life in his new city by taking in a Charlotte Hornets NBA game. Whilst there he exchanged his new side's new secondary shirt with Hornet's star, Brandon Miller. The design sees a predominantly dark base, combined with silver for all logos and the Three Stripes on the shoulders. Lighter blue accents add a little bit of definition.

New York Red Bulls Secondary

A visit from Jurgen Klopp was all the reason New York Red Bulls needed for revealing their new secondary kit. The former Liverpool manager and now global head of Red Bull's football operations was touching base to see one of the teams under his remit, and as a welcome he was given the new jersey with his name and the number 4 on the back. The design sees a stony base with block black panel additions. The only break to the monochrome presentation comes from the Red Bull club crest and sponsor, which both feature red and yellow.

Keep your eyes peeled for any more tease/leaks ahead of the official launches towards the end of next week.
