Real Betis continues to strengthen its ties with Japan, launching a stunning limited-edition shirt inspired by the iconic manga and anime character, Naruto Uzumaki.
Real Betis are no strangers to dropping the odd special edition shirt, having released and played in a range of jerseys, from retro designs to shirts with special messages behind them. Their latest drop strengthens the club's commitment to Japan, paying tribute to Naruto, the popular manga character created in the 1990s. Produced in collaboration with technical sponsor hummel, the special release marks the 2nd Real Betis Week in Tokyo, a key part of the club’s global expansion strategy.
The jersey design pays homage to the beloved ninja protagonist of Naruto, the legendary series penned by Masashi Kishimoto, which first graced manga pages in 1999 before becoming a worldwide phenomenon through its anime adaptation in 2002. The design features Naruto front and center, both on the front and back of the shirt, with his emblem proudly displayed on the sleeve. The Naruto Shippuden series logo adds an extra layer of authenticity, sitting prominently on the upper back.
This drop is strictly limited to just 845 units, making it an instant collector’s item for both Betis fans and anime aficionados alike.
Following the agreement reached by Real Betis with the Japanese company that owns its rights, the Real Betis x Naruto jersey is limited for sale to countries within the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. It will be sold through the Real Betis online store and in the physical stores at the Benito Villamarín Stadium, Lagoh Shopping Center, Aire Sur Shopping Center, and Avenida de la Constitución.
