Adidas & Ajax Link Up With ID&T For Pre-Match Collection

Amsterdam’s heartbeat just got louder. Ajax and adidas are fusing football and rave culture as they team up with ID&T for the latest drop of the club’s 750-year anniversary celebrations. The collection nods to the city’s golden ‘90s energy, paying tribute to the fans, the sound, and the spirit that keeps Amsterdam moving.

Adidas and Ajax are back with another launch, and this time they have linked up with Amsterdam’s electronic music powerhouse ID&T to drop a pre-match collection that, frankly, goes hard. It arrives as the fifth and final drop celebrating 750 years of Amsterdam, and it ends the celebrations exactly how they should. With bass, colour, and attitude.

The collection lands with a pre-match jersey, reversible jacket, and track pants. All of which are charged with a crazy blue and orange thermal print design that brings the heat straight to the pitch in more ways than one. In classic ID&T fashion, the design is a throwback to the 90’s dance era, a time where Ajax ruled Europe and ID&T were owning nightlife. Two sides of the city, one lifting trophies and the other lifting dance floors. It’s a match made in heaven.

The reversible jacket made its fiery debut before Ajax’s fixture against AZ this weekend, displayed during a show built by ID&T founder Duncan Stutterheim, the club, and the fans. We are talking lights, sound, energy, fire. Amsterdam moving in full flow.

This drop looks as comfortable on the pitch as it would on the dance floor. It embodies the sound of rhythm and rave meeting the sound of the stands. The party is just getting started in Amsterdam.
