The 10 Best Kit Sets Of The 25/26 Season

With the 25/26 season in full swing and kit drops now mostly complete across the continent, we’ve taken a deep dive into the wardrobes of Europe’s elite to spotlight the 10 best full kit sets of the campaign.

Some clubs just get it. While many fans are left clinging to a single decent home shirt, others are blessed with a full rotation of certified bangers — home, away, third, and sometimes even a fourth. This list celebrates the latter: teams that didn’t just show up, but showed out. To make the cut, a club had to release at least three kits — and crucially, all three had to hit. Whether it’s a cohesive design narrative or just a trio of standalone stunners, these are the sets that turned heads and raised the bar. Kappa and Macron continue to punch above their weight, going toe-to-toe with the big hitters like Nike and adidas. The design game is thriving — and we’re here for it.

10. Inter Milan (Nike)

Reinventing the Nerazzurri’s striped look is no easy feat, and while most home shirts wrestle with feeling fresh, it’s here that Nike so often hit the sweet spot for Inter. That subtle tweak on the stripes is joined by a distinctive new design for the away shirt that was inspired by woven tiles, alongside a revitalising colour palette. The away kit pays homage to the 2026 Winter Olympics, which is set to be held in Inter’s home city of Milan next year, bringing an ice cold look to the football pitch. And rounding out the collection, as so many Nike clubs have done this season, is an ode to T90 – what a way to complete the set.

9. Hull City (Kappa)

Not many would’ve expected Hull City to feature here, but credit where it’s due — Kappa have absolutely nailed it for 25/26. After a few years finding their rhythm with the Championship side, the payoff is clear. The home shirt leans fully into the Tigers’ identity, the away flips the club’s traditional palette in a clean pinstripe execution, and the third does exactly what a third shirt should — bold, brave, and full of character.

8. Liverpool (adidas)

The return of the Three Stripes to Merseyside came with huge anticipation — and adidas have delivered. After such a long wait (the deal only kicked in on August 1), it could easily have fallen flat, but the Premier League champions are dressed to impress. A home shirt that channels 2008, an away that nods to the iconic 96/97 design, and a third that pulls off a teal base in true EQT style. Glorious.

7. Venezia (Nocta)

If there’s one club you can bank on for standout kits each season, it’s Venezia. The Italian side and Kappa helped define modern football fashion, so there was understandable curiosity when Nocta stepped in last year. Now into their second season together, the Drake-fronted Nike sub-brand clearly gets it. A refined twist on the traditional home, a beautifully bespoke away, and a third shirt that embraces the club’s identity in gloriously unrestrained fashion.

6. Oxford United (Macron)

Oxford’s collaboration with Macron first caught attention with that beautifully shot monochrome reveal of the away kit. It made people look twice — and rightly so. The home shirt keeps things sharp and simple, perfectly balanced in its execution. Then the third arrived — sky blue with white and pink detailing on the V-neck and sleeves — adding a touch of flair to round off the collection in style.

5. Ajax (adidas)

Few clubs are as consistent in the kit game as Ajax, and adidas once again live up to the standard. The home shirt stays true to tradition, elevated by that timeless crest, while the away ventures into more explorative territory — inspired by the waterways that shape Amsterdam’s landscape and spirit. The standout, though, is the third: a soft beige base drawing from an unexpected yet poetic source — the oldest known document referencing the city — paired with dark blue and red accents. Elegant and evocative in equal measure.

4. Arsenal (adidas)

Another “A” team that adidas never seem to miss with. Much like Ajax, Arsenal get the full treatment this year: a classic home elevated by a subtle sublimated ‘A’ pattern, an adventurous away inspired by the 95/96 lightning bolt, and a clean, vintage-infused third that nails the balance between retro and refined. Trefoil in place, swagger at full volume. Could this finally be the year Arsenal men take a leaf from the women by looking this good and winning big?

3. Augsburg (Mizuno)

After topping last season’s rankings, Augsburg and Mizuno prove that lightning can indeed strike twice. The fan-designed home shirt, complete with a sash in traditional club colours (and who doesn’t love a sash?), sets the tone. The away — the ‘Swabia Kit’ — honours the club’s home region with bold red and yellow detailing drawn from the Swabian coat of arms. Then comes the ‘Roman’ kit: a design rooted in the club’s ancient origins, and easily one of the best releases of the season. Nothing more needs saying.

2. Genoa (Kappa)

Genoa continue their rich run of form with Kappa delivering yet again for 25/26. The club’s iconic 50-50 home split always sets the stage, while the away and third take things further. The away goes full England, channelling a full St. George’s Cross moment, elevated by gold detailing, and the third dives deep into the club’s soul — inspired by Un Cantico per il Mio Grifone, the fan-written hymn that’s echoed through the Luigi Ferraris since ’72. Proper story, properly bespoke.

1. OGC Nice (Kappa)

Right, trying really hard not to lean into the easy puns around the club name here… OGC Nice and Kappa really have smashed it this season. Traditional polo collars are the order of the day, and all three designs differ wildly, but each hit so hard. The home goes bold with thick black and red stripes, the away opts for a beige base with green accents reminiscent of Liverpool’s 21/22 away, and the third lands with a blue base, fine pinstripes, and red detailing. You’d want any one of these for your club. Ah, go on then — it’s just really Nice.
