Kappa Reveal The Full Kombat XXV Line Up

Twenty-five years after Kappa reshaped football’s silhouette, the brand has revealed the full KOMBAT XXV collection — eighteen anniversary shirts worn across Europe and South America, each carrying the same sculpted, aerodynamic DNA that made the original a design landmark.

If the first wave of the campaign told the story — Cissé returning as the embodiment of football’s first true second skin, the Milan retrospective, the Slam Jam crossover — then this is the moment everything becomes visible. A global grid of clubs unified not by colour, but by concept. Genoa to Nice. Fiorentina to Valladolid. Racing Club to Vasco da Gama. A dozen palettes, one architecture.

Kappa describe this chapter as “opening a new era that elevates the game and redefines what it means to wear Kappa,” and the visuals back that up. Each shirt translates the KOMBAT silhouette into its own local identity: the deep Ligurian red of Genoa, the violet sharpness of Fiorentina, the monochrome punch of Red Star, the ocean blues of Brazil’s Vasco and Portugal's Nacional da Madeira. It’s a design system expressed through context — the same performance-built frame, interpreted eighteen different ways.

The fit is unmistakably modern Kombat: tight, minimal, and engineered for motion. Built from recycled fibres, lighter than the 2000 original, and carrying that same sense of athletic tension. The kind of shirt that looks fast even on a hanger.

What makes this collection hit harder is the consistency. Kappa’s ability to create something recognisable across entirely different football cultures has always been its quiet superpower. Now, multiplied across eighteen clubs and photographed through a single visual language, it becomes a statement — a reminder that the Kombat wasn’t just a kit, but a shift in the way football could look and feel.

This is the anniversary fully realised. A global gallery of shirts that honour the past, sharpen the present, and still move like the future.
