F.C. Copenhagen and adidas have unveiled their 2025/26 third kit, a design that effortlessly marries football heritage with Copenhagen’s architectural elegance.
Since renewing their partnership last year, F.C. Copenhagen and adidas have launched a series of standout jersey campaigns, each one exploring a different facet of the club’s identity. For the 25/26 third kit, the creative team turned to the city itself, drawing inspiration from Copenhagen’s bridges, monuments, and architectural flourishes. The result is a shirt that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
Visually, the jersey introduces a subtle blend of washed-out copper-green tones, evoking the oxidised roofs and aged surfaces that define Copenhagen’s skyline. A discreet textured print overlays the material, capturing the interplay of light on patinated surfaces—a nod to the capital’s timeless monuments and urban charm.
“The new partnership with adidas involves unique football jerseys that our fans can look forward to every time. For this one, the design team has explored every corner of Copenhagen for inspiration, and we are proud of a new third kit that showcases our city in a surprising and playful way—one that immediately highlights the many iconic characteristics of the capital, that our club belongs to,” says Mikkel Grove Lindsted, Commercial Director of F.C. Copenhagen.
The kit’s detailing reinforces its contemporary aesthetic. The club crest and adidas three-stripes appear in a contrasting deep teal, elevating visual depth, while the collar and sleeve hems retain a minimal design, letting the colour palette and pattern take centre stage.
Accompanying the shirt’s launch is a campaign that brings Copenhagen to life. Players and models are photographed moving through cobbled streets, historic squares, and rooftop terraces, merging urban sophistication with sporting energy. Even inside a minimalist hotel interior, the campaign captures the city’s elegance and the club’s inimitable connection to it.
