Nike have opened the doors to their exclusive and prestigious factory in Montebelluna, Italy, to uncover how their revolutionary Magista is constructed using Flyknit technology.
Montebelluna is normally reserved for the World's elite players, with each boot carefully fine-tuned and handcrafted to the players' needs. High-powered production machinery is used along with precision work stations where exact specifications are added to each piece of footwear.
Flyknit has dramatically transformed the way boots are being produced. These behind the scenes construction videos normally feature shots of leather being stitched together and treated but not the Magista, Magista is different. The Flyknit is spun to create the boot silhouette and is finished with ACC technology for control in all conditions.
