Landing as one quarter of the new Nike 'Tech Craft' Pack the Magista Obra's vibrant "Hyper Turquoise" paint job from the Lightning Storm collection sees a dark leather shadow creep over the play.
The Magista was the boot that changed it all for Nike when it was launched ahead of the 2014 World Cup, with Flyknit technology and a Dynamic Flyknit Collar the days of traditional football boots looked to have been left behind but now Nike have reached back to combine the best of both worlds. Smothering the Magista Obra with a layer of leather for the very first time to pull off one of the most interesting releases of 2015.
The two colour split across the 'Tech Craft' Pack is reminiscent from the popular Euro 2012 Clash Collection, only this time Nike's new toys are that bit extra advanced. A thin layer of leather material has been welded onto the lateral and medial sides of the Magista Obra to bring the silo closer to it's control roots on which the foundations of the CTR series were built with. Tech Craft then, could well be the boot that ropes in the final few sceptical players of Nike's Flyknit technology.
