Umbro give their on-pitch boot collection a fresh lick of paint as the UX 2.0 and Velocita are covered in a delicious helping of "Green Gecko".
The Umbro UX 2.0 joins the Velocita in reppin' the reptile wrap with a blast of "Green Gecko" on the upper of the control boot. If the Velocita is your pacey striker the UX 2.0 was created as the robust central midfielder with a blend of strength. The 'Control' market has shaken up in recent seasons as the Predator & CTR series bowed out and Umbro have seized an opportunity by designing a boot worthy of building on a new era of control.
Made up of light, breathable material, the one piece upper has been produced to carry the strength needed to withstand tackles while being soft enough to retain that crucial feel for the ball and thus maintaining all round control when in possession. As well as that, the re-engineered A-Frame offers stability and the outsole contains Conical studs for superior traction, helping players to change direction fast. Gecko, Gecko, Edin Dzeko.
