Bayern Munich defender Jérôme Boateng was on hand in Munich last week to help Nike launch the new Tiempo 6 and to talk about the Champions League and his new wheels.
The World Cup winner gives his first impressions on the sixth-generation boot and how he works closely with VP of Nike Football Max Blau and Senior Design Director Nate Van Hook throughout the design and development process of the new footwear.
Boateng will make his way into the new Tiempo 6 when the Champions League returns this week and his Bayern Munich side host Olympiakos. A competition which Boateng has already succeeded in, the Germans list all your usual favourites as sides Bayern should be wary of as they hunt to reclaim the biggest prize in club football.
