The adidas dragon breaks the chains restricting it to the stadium and swoops into the street to terrorise the Tango collection with a touch of Champions League creativity.
Completing the Dragon Pack, the Tango 17+ Purecontrol features a turf sole for football on the rugged streets and cages. Tweaked in its overall design from the on-pitch adidas ACE 17+ Purecontrol boot, the Tango edition features a reversed graphic with the dragon print on front blue area of boot, rather than the heel, and three white stripes sit on top for a more colourful rendition of futsal flavour.
The adidas ACE Tango 17+ Purecontrol Turf features a PRIMEKNIT upper with a layer of NSG film to provide added control. Transformed to cope with the rough and tumble demands of small sided football, the shoe features a stretchable layer of TECHFIT material placed between the colour split to optimise comfort, whilst an EVA strip features above the heel’s BOOST to offer stability. Unlike the on-pitch boot, the cage version features BOOST on the heel only, designed to offer comfort, stability and energy return on a hard surface.
