The laceless concept of the Purecontrol has allowed adidas to experiment with cleaner, uninterrupted visuals and this combination of black hosting a pop of colour proves the ACE 17+ can pull off the modest approach as well as the more daring designs. 
Only in this modern game can a boot with a splash of pink on it be described as a more traditional design but it's one that will certainly appeal to the blackout crowd. A twist on the "Chequered Black" Pack, adidas have swapped those silver stripes for pink ones, with matching detailing on the ACE graphics. Niiice.
