Nothin' about the adidas Glitch 17 is normal. The whole concept of the boot challenges the dimension of how a football boot is perceived. A silhouette so expressive allows adidas to experiment with equally as bizarre colourways and that's exactly what we've got for the latest outer-skin update as adidas throw irregular shapes at a clean white upper.
Following on from the recent 'Mirage Pack' comes this lone outcast – a scribble pad of a design, genre-less in its make-up, that doesn't fit into a wider collection. In many ways a prime example of what Glitch represents. It does what it wants and seeks no excuse to drop fresh outer-skins at any given time. It's unpredictable and that's its lure.
When it comes to the in-depth tech stuff, we'll let Vice President of adidas Design, Sam Handy give you the full lowdown. The unpredictable nature of Glitch continues, and you can expect a number of more experimental Glitch outer-skins to follow through to the end of the season and beyond. It ain't simple, it ain't your standard design, but then again Glitch ain't your standard boot.
