Ahead of the Rome derby between Roma and Lazio on Sunday Totti has been served with a bespoke Nike Tiempo Totti X boot to wear for what could be his final derby appearance. Totti is a man of unique tastes and one of those on the pitch is his preference for a fold over tongue. The Italian has worn numerous custom Nike boots throughout his career and Nike have acknowledged this trait on his signature golden limited edition.
The fully leather upper of the boot features an elasticated tongue which bears the Roman numeral ten on each boot paying tribute to Totti's shirt number at Roma. Class over flash runs through the limited edition design as a shimmering gold aesthetic is met with black Swooshes and 'Totti' heel branding. A design fit for a player of Totti's status and a boot that drops as one of the hottest limited editions of 2017. 
Just 2,500 pairs of the Nike Tiempo Totti X Roma boots hit shelves on April 25 before selling out in under an hour. The man can draw a crowd. Each pair is individually numbered on the heel for that further touch of exclusivity. Chances are you won't get your hands on a pair, but you can have a damn good look at some pretty shots instead.
