New Balance roll out the most traditional takes of the Visaro II boot by equipping their second-generation silo with a classic black k-leather upper. Super soft and super smooth, it's all retro feels from the toes to heels.
Having already released the Visaro II is synthetic and colour changing editions, New Balance have now quenched the thirst of the boot traditionalist by carefully creating a design that oozes premium comfort. The exaggerated honeycomb design on the launch version that dropped in February is replaced by a stitched pattern that creates a cleaner, more consistent feel. Smooth not rigid.
Flashes of red hit up the soleplate and branding details, while the clean white 'N' logo provides a nostalgic finish that nods back at the classic New Balance football boots of yesteryear. Don't expect the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Marouane Fellaini and Joe Ledley to switch into the k-leather option, but do expect them to tick every box you'd want from a modern leather football boot.
