Umbro keep the heat on as winter draws in with their second full boot collection of the new season. The Medusae II Elite, Velocita 3 & UX-Accuro all receive in-line "Fiery Coral" updates to create a series titled the Winter Bloom Pack.
Taking over from the previous "Bluefish Collection" as the new Umbro on-pitch line-up heading into the winter months, the "Winter Bloom" pack throws punching palettes of "Fiery Coral" across all three leading Double Diamond silos, headlined by the hi-collared Medusae II Elite.
The 2017/18 season sees a new look silo collection for Umbro that includes a second generation Medusae, third generation Velocita and refreshed UX-Accuro. Control, speed and comfort; the most reliable of categories. Umbro introduced themselves into the collared world of football boot design with the launch of the Medusae II Elite this year, and now the silo is wrapped in Winter Bloom for a third colourway on the new-look silhouette.
The Velocita 3 is the most established boot from the collection and again uses a one-piece collar for increased comfort. The speed option is drenched in shades of red and will be worn by Umbro's squad of Velocita players moving into winter, including West Ham United's Michail Antonio. The UX-Accuro takes on a more daring coat of colour than what it's used to, as Umbro throw graphic patterns across the upper for an added sense of identity. Winter Bloom in the room.
