Released to disrupt the 2018 World Cup adidas drop a new collection of national team themed Glitch skins set to be worn on pitch in Russia by France duo Benjamin Mendy & Presnel Kimpembe, and Argentina's Paulo Dybala.
The new World Pack features five new skins. England, Germany and France skins are joined by two creative efforts inspired by the host nation for your summer, Russia. Patriotic spirit hits up three footballing nations with the boots coming together to reveal the respective flag in all its glory. Each skin also includes a second patriotic graphic element unique to each country; a lion for England, the Fleur De Lis for France, and the Eagles Claw for Germany.
The remaining two skins of the World Pack celebrate the vibrant culture of the host nation Russia. The bold colourful patterns on the two Russia skins come in red and blue designs. They feature traditional Russian art techniques such as Khokhloma (red) and the geometric patterns on St. Basil’s Cathedral (red).
The France skins will be seen on the feet of Benjamin Mendy and Kimpembe, while Dybala will slip into the Russia-themed skins. The World Pack coincides with the launch of GLITCH 2.0 – A new upper construction features added comfort for people with wide feet, facilitates a better step in via an updated heel-loop and also presents new design opportunities thanks to an asymmetrical split.
GLITCH 2.0 also features a facelift to the innershoes that facilitates a better step-in thanks to a slightly more cut-out silhouette, improves the lock-down via a new techfit cage construction and sharpens the technical visual look with a new exo spine.
The adidas Glitch skins are still only available via the adidas Glitch App.
