Umbro put on a playful take to launch the new Velocita 4 football boots by releasing a light-hearted clip featuring West Ham United's Michail Antonio and two Umbro 'employees' played by comedians Rob J Madin and Rich Hall.

A a refreshingly comedic approach, Umbro send two of their busiest employees to retrieve the unreleased boots from Antonio. The Men in Black themed video shows Antonio testing out his highly classified UFOs (Unbelievably Fast Objects) as the Double Diamond put on an entertaining launch for their next-generation speed boot.

As for the Velocita 4 itself, the boot has been created following extensive wear testing from players at all levels, with the aim of working with the natural movement of the foot. The most significant change on the Velocita 4 Pro is the brand new Sprint+ outsole. Made from a lightweight Pebax material, it features a combination of conical and elongated studs to provide maximum grip and traction.

On the upper of the boot, a unique tri-layer construction gives the wearer the perfect balance of security and flexibility. A bottom layer of neoprene gives a seamless feel against the foot; a ‘memory-flex’ middle layer offers stretch and flexibility; and then the protective top layer gives a snug fit. The sock construction on the boot has also been redeveloped, with a new shape allowing for a better fit around the ankle and increased comfort.
