After letting the Phantom series dance exclusively in the spotlight for a couple of weeks Nike have finally completed the "Game Over" on-pitch collection by launching the Tiempo and Mercurial in a "Thunder Grey/Yellow" colourway combination.
Despite the aesthetic looking nothing like the bold "Bright Crimson" editions of the PhantomVNM and PhantomVSN, the Tiempo does in fact land as part of the same pack as those two aforementioned boots. The "Game Over" update will be worn by all Nike Tiempo athletes from this week onwards as the Swoosh finally drop their first full collection of 2019.
Packing an understated vibe with its modest paint job, the Tiempo arrives with a matching Mercurial Superfly and Vapor in tow, giving a very split feel to the "Game Over" pack. Yellow laces, Flyknit tongue and soleplate pop from the grey upper with the standard 'Tiempo' branding on the heels. Nike's pool of Tiempo players will remain in the colourway throughout the Last 16 of the Champions League and into late February.
