Sneaking onto the scene as a subtle next-generation update, adidas launch the laceless X 19+ as part of their new "302 Redirect" Pack. Set to be worn on pitch for the season finale, the latest design from the lightweight series features a few tech upgrades as adidas look ahead to the next campaign.
Whilst the Nemeziz 19+ was released a few days prior with a more drastic re-design, the X 19+ is finely retuned to drop as part of the full "302 Redirect" collection which also includes timely colour updates to the Predator 19+ and COPA 19+ boots. As for the upgrades, they are minimal, and at first glance you'd be forgiven for thinking this was just a new paint job for the X 18+, but they are there, most noticeably the new Skeletalweave across the upper.
The first X 19+ colourway features an all-silver upper, complemented by an electric red collar, inner and soleplate, which ties it in nicely with the Predator 19+ design from the same pack. The "302 Redirect" Pack will be worn by all leading adidas players, so for the X series that means the likes of Mo Salah, Gabriel Jesus, and Gareth Bale will be switching into the laceless or laced editions of the new look.
