Offering up an icy take as we head out of winter and into spring, Mizuno drop the Morelia Neo III β Japan ‘Below Zero’, which comes in a cool new “Ice Melt/Star Sapphire/Neo Lime” colourway.
Now, you may be looking at the new ‘Below Zero’ Mizuno Morelia Neo III β and thinking that it looks more than a tad familiar, and you’re not wrong. The new colourway shares some serious similarities with the ‘Pre Future’ look that dropped back in January, which had the official colourway of “White/Reflex Blue/Cool Grey”. So yeah, a slight shift on the tones of white and blue, particularly noticeable on the Runbird logo, and the addition of the “Neo Lime” flashes through the heel and soleplate but… essentially not a radical departure otherwise.
The Morelia Neo III β is engineered with speed in mind, and it features an upper construction that sees premium grade and ultra-thin K-Leather combined with the innovative β knit collar to ensure the perfect connection of your foot to the boot. It’s also double bonded to ensure a long-lasting, durable boot. With the stud stabiliser technology, the outsole gives great traction and stability, and it’s available in both firm ground and soft ground options, because, while the weather is slowly improving, the turf can still be a bit slippy underfoot. A slick option as we slip into spring.
