adidas Use Swarovski Crystals For Limited Edition Predator Edge

Ramping the term ‘special edition’ up to a whole new level, adidas get their hands on some goods from crystal craft masters Swarovski and then set about producing a limited Predator Edge. The decadent boot boasts iced-out Three Stripes for what is a proper premium Predator.

Anyone who’s played the game will have likely heard the saying ‘play the game, not the occasion.’ Well now adidas give you the option to do both, thanks to a special drop that comes with a contribution from creative crystal masters, Swarovski. Taking the after party onto the pitch and the pitch onto the after party, the limited collection ‘adidas Meets Swarovski’ Predator Edge sees the most premium treatment rolled out across the brand’s most iconic franchise, with crystals embedded into the boot itself for maximum bling.

From the pitch to the party, the Predator Edge Swarovski is all about those nights under the lights and those moments where things sparkle. Everything is in those moments; the game becomes the occasion. It’s this mindset which led adidas to seek out Swarovski in the first place, icing its most controlling and iconic franchise in crystals to produce a limited collection Predator like no other.

So what we get is a “Focus Olive/Silver Metallic/Magic Lime” that’s instantly elevated by the presence of the crystals on the Three Stripes branding on the heel. The soleplate then comes in a shiny silver chrome for a flamboyantly flash finish.

The Predator Edge Swarovski is available in both a laceless ‘+’ version as well as a ‘.1’ low-cut laced option, ensuring there’s options for all. Both Jude Bellingham and David Alaba have already been spotted in them on the professional pitches, but to wear these on grassroots? Would take some cojones in our opinion...
