Christian Pulisic Gets First Signature Boot From PUMA

Ahead of this winter’s World Cup, where the USMNT talisman will be hoping to have a big impact, PUMA provide Christian Pullisic with his first-ever signature collection, which features his very own signature edition Ultra boot.

It’s always a big marker when a player receives their own signature edition boots – an honour that only a handful of players get. Well now you can add Chelsea’s USMNT forward, Christian Pulisic to that list, as PUMA honour him with the ‘CP’ Collection, moving fast following his switch to the brand back in August. We already got a brief glimpse at the boots recently as Pulisic laced up in them for a training session with the national team, but now we get a proper close up with there official reveal.

The whole collection, including the Ultra boots, is presented in the red, white and blue that is so synonymous with the U.S, and it features his brand new ‘CP’ logo throughout, which was created collaboratively between Pulisic and PUMA.

The Ultra sees a white base with red and blue featuring prominently in supporting roles, with the former predominantly through the collar and lace area, and the latter through the soleplate. They both combine on the reinvented formstripe and further graphics running down the sides of the upper. The aforementioned ‘CP’ logo appears in a circle on the medial side, just down from the toe box.

The collection is then rounded out by the CP Soccer LS Jersey, CP Soccer Jersey, CP Track Jacket and pants and a couple of CP10 footballs.

It’s expected that Pulisic will only wear his signature edition boots when playing for the national team, and they could be set to debut in tonight’s friendly against Saudi Arabia.
