Nike Launch The 'Mad Ready' Pack

Freshening up the ranks for the new year, Nike have released the ‘Mad Ready Pack’, the latest instalment in their boot pack releases for the 23/24 campaign. What started with the ‘Ready Pack’, and followed on with the ‘Peak Ready Pack’ now goes on another notch, with a new look for the Phantom pairing of GX II and Luna II, the Air Zoom Mercurial pairing of Vapor XV and Superfly IX, and Tiempo Legend X.

Switching out the turquoise hues of both the ‘Peak Ready Pack’ and the even more recent ‘Phantom Vortex’ pack, which saw the GX and Luna paired up for their own adventure, the ‘Mad Ready’ pack sees shades of black, white and gold spread throughout the four different silos.

Starting with the Phantom twins, which resemble one another more than ever now, following the adoption of the Gripknit upper by the Luna, the Cyclone 360 soleplate by the GX, and the abandonment of a collared option for the latter also, and they arrive in a “White/Black/Mtlc Gold Coin” colourway. It sees a black and white split on the upper, with the former on the heel and the latter in the forefoot. That leaves the Swoosh and the circular part of the soleplate in the forefoot to take on that rather decadent gold colouring.

The Air Zoom Mercurial, available in both Vapor XV and Superfly IX, is arguably the most brash of the lot in terms of aesthetic execution. It comes in a “Lemonade/Black” colourway, with those “lemonade” shades acting as the base, with the black operating in black block looks on the Swoosh and “Air” branding for what is a simple but effective two-tone presentation.

Finally, the Tiempo Legend X is also presented in the “Lemonade/Black” combo used for the Mercurial, with “lemonade” taking up the forefoot, and white in the heel. Black accents the look through the Swoosh and collar, while pops of gold finish off what is a classy look.
