Adidas certainly aren’t holding back when it comes to signature edition boots for Lionel Messi; the Inter Miami forward has had eight pairs since his return to the X silo back in June 2021, with three of those coming in the last six months. Well, now you can add another to those lists, with the official reveal of the X Crazyfast Messi 'Spark Gen10s’. And yes, we’ll forgive the crowbarring of Messi’s iconic number 10 into the title, because these are some beautiful boots.
We’ve already had an early preview of the X Crazyfast Messi 'Spark Gen10s’, with the great man wearing them debuting them in Inter Miami’s preseason friendly against his childhood club, Newell’s Old Boys last week, but now we get up close and personal.
The design sees the X Crazyfast decked out in a deep blue offset against white, whilst a hint of gold runs through the trim on the lateral and medial sides of the boot as a nod towards victories earned wearing the historic jersey of Argentina's national team. Messi’s logo subtly sits on the forefoot, while the wording ‘Messi’ signs off the upper. Finally, the sockliner details the inherent legacy of what it means to play for Argentina, honouring each of the three years in which they have lifted the FIFA World Cup.
