Arriving in stark contrast to the recently released Dark Spark Pack, Adidas offer up a lighter alternative in the Day Spark Pack, presenting the F50, Predator 24 and COPA Pure 2 in luxurious white coats, gilded in gold.
Last week, adidas revealed their blackout pack for the 24/25 season. Aptly named the ‘Dark Spark Pack’, it combined black bases with golden accents. Now, they reveal the opposite number to that setup with the ‘Day Spark Pack’, which sees pristine unified white coats for the F50, Predator 24 and COPA Pure 2, all complemented by flashes of chrome-gold throughout. It’s the fourth colourway for the returning F50, following on from its launch look, the ‘Advancement Pack’ guise, and the aforementioned ‘Dark Spark’ option.
It’s a class look across the board, and particularly fitting for the F50, with the speed silo using teh chrome to highlight its tech talking points and branding. Speaking of tech, it features Sprintframe 360, a specifically designed soleplate built to provide optimised stability and traction. The heel counter on the soleplate works harmoniously with a stud configuration of rounded and bladed studs for foot steadiness at push-off – all working in tandem to help facilitate multidirectional speed and acceleration.
The laced version features a compression-fit tunnel tongue – an adaptable tongue configuration featuring strategically placed reinforcements to provide additional stability for the foot and create an enhanced fit and lockdown in the forefoot and midfoot. While the laceless model incorporates a collar made from Primeknit material which molds to the shape of the wearer’s foot, for maximum comfort.
The Predator 24 goes for a whiteout look for the second time in its relatively short lifespan, following on from the ‘Pearlised Pack’ drop back at the end of January. But here it’s elevated further by those golden hues, sitting on the branding, mimicking the ‘Dark Spark’ look.
Finally, the COPA Pure 2 looks so sumptuous in white, with that plush quilted leather forefoot really standing out. Every line, groove and curve is amplified through the white, while the subtle use of the gold chrome again is executed to perfection.
