Following hot on the heels of the special edition boot produced in collaboration with Aime Leon Dore, New Balance has unveiled another limited-edition Furon v7+ for Bukayo Saka, to be worn in crucial fixtures by the England man, starting with Tuesday’s fixture against Slovenia.

Bukayo Saka and signature boots are like London buses, in that you wait for one to come along and then you get two at the same time. It first started back in March 2022, when New Balance deemed it appropriate to bestow two custom boots upon the Arsenal man at once, and that’s recently been followed up in September 2023 by him getting one pair in honour of his PFA Young Player of the Year award, and another paying tribute to his affinity with the number seven. Now, on the back of last week’s special edition Furon v7+ produced in collaboration with Aime Leon Dore, Saka gets another signature edition from New Balance.

The boots arrive in a vibrant Lime Glo colourway that follows on from New Balance’s current on-pitch pack, and that’s combined with a striking Gold soleplate. The heel features a new elevated heel graphic paired with premium electroplated tooling treatment and personalised heel foxing, adding texture and colour to the boot.

Built for speed, the Furon v7+ has a re-engineered upper made from New Balance’s innovative Hypoknit material that provides strategic areas of stretch and support, helping even the quickest players move faster on the pitch. The Furon’s trademark off-set lacing system complements this, with a form-fitting canopy to provide an increased strike zone.
