adidas x BAPE Drop A Game-Changing Collection

Expanding their collaborative relationship, adidas link up with Japanese streetwear heavyweights BAPE® for a collection that smashes the lines between football, fashion, and culture. The collection includes the Predator Elite FT, the F50 Elite, the adidas Originals Samba, and a host of apparel pieces and accessories.

adidas and BAPE® are back linking worlds, this time dropping a collection that takes football’s global heartbeat and runs it through the lens of streetwear’s loudest voice. It’s a move that’s less about borders and more about energy — the universal kind that the game thrives on. The collaboration pulls together BAPE’s loud visual identity and American-inspired edge to reimagine the modern soccer wardrobe – from pitch-ready performance to lifestyle icons.

Leading the charge are two audacious takes on adidas’ most disruptive football boots – this isn’t about playing it safe. The Predator turns up in jungle camo, dripping in gold, fold-over tongue snapping back to its roots while flexing a new identity. The F50 shifts in colour like floodlights catching smoke, stars scattered across, a shark’s bite stitched into its side. Boots that don’t just belong to the game — they belong to the culture orbiting it.

The same attitude bleeds into the apparel. Camo kits that blur streetwear and matchday uniform. BABY MILO graphics reminding us not everything has to be serious. Bags that look as at home on the away end as they do on a Shibuya backstreet.

From the grass to the pavement, the collab also revives an adidas classic. The Samba, born on the pitch and reborn as a lifestyle staple, gets reworked with aniline grained leather and a SKULL STA rubber overlay replacing the iconic suede toe. Asymmetric branding brings more attitude: the right shoe sports a BAPE STA™ on the lateral with adidas 3-Stripes on the medial, and the left shoe flips the script. Both colourways – white with black/grey hits and black with white accents – carry gold foil detailing and camo co-branded sockliners. BAPE® flip the classic, pulling it apart and reloading it with their codes. Suede out, SKULL STA in. Branding switched, gold detailing shining. Two colourways that stay true to the silhouette’s roots but refuse to be predictable.

It’s a collection rooted in contradiction — performance and lifestyle, heritage and future, East and West. And leading it all? Marcelo Vieira. A player who embodied joy, flair, and freedom, redefining what a left-back could be. His story mirrors the collection’s ethos: no borders, no limits, all expression.
