There’s a pulse that runs through the women’s game right now. It’s electric, undeniable, and unstoppable. Nike are leaning into that as they drop Chapter Two of its United pack series, building on the momentum and movement that is shaping the future of women’s football.
This drop is about energy. The kind that comes from players who carry joy and intent with every touch. It’s about unity through expression, gathering a generation of athletes in order to progress the game. Which is exactly why the six female ballers that fronted the first chapter return: Lauren James, Salma Paralleulo, Sophia Wilson, Deyna Castellanos, Naomi Girma, and Patri Guijarro. But this time, they go one step further. More than just faces to the boot, each player had a direct hand in shaping the colourways of each boot, taking their creativity from the pitch and straight into design. Their influence makes Chapter Two feel more personal.
Speaking on the design, Chelsea and England star Lauren James said “Bright colours make me feel calm. That might seem a bit of a contradiction but that’s the truth”
Whilst Patri discussed staying focused, saying: “To maintain my calm, and not be nervous, I study the videos with the staff of the opponents each week. This keeps me calm on the pitch to be able to give my best”
Where Chapter One laid the foundation, Chapter Two arrives to turn that up a notch. It’s louder, more vivid, and proudly rooted in the women’s game. It’s a celebration of how far it’s come and a statement on where it is headed. The design mirrors that spirit, mixing vibrant hues with dynamic textures. It’s beautifully chaotic.
Visually, it’s pure electricity. The Mercurial, Phantom, and Tiempo arrive drenched in iridescent fades, colours that shift and burn like the sunset. From cool teals to glowing coral hues, each boot looks alive. A combination of movement, light and emotion captured in motion.
The six female ballers fronting the pack will be lacing up their new looks this week, alongside star players from the men’s game including: Estevao, De Jong, Vini Jr, and Reece James.
Nike are making a statement. They are building a platform for the current and next gen of female ballers. Every detail of the pack mirrors the pace and progression of the women’s game. And we are so here for it.
