The wait is finally over. Or at least the silence is. Fabio Miretti just rocked up to Juventus training wearing what can only be the next generation of adidas Predator. This isn’t a leak or a teaser, this is a proper debut out on the grass. We are officially sat.
We’ve seen the prototype of this next gen silo doing the rounds earlier in the year, with players like Jude Bellingham, Trent, and Alessia Russo all testing out a new whiteout silo and reporting their feedback back to adi HQ before the final outcome. But now, this is the real deal. And from first glance, this boot looks mean. In the best way possible.
This new Pred has seen some clear updates from the 25 gen. We are in for a sharper silhouette, with more aggressive contouring along the lateral three stripes which have seen a completely different design takeover, more reminiscent of the ones used on the Pred Precision back in 2000. Yet the boot still carries that unmistakeable Pred DNA that has carried this silo through generations. But this isn’t a nostalgia cosplay, this boot is a full future-facing redesign. Sleeker lines, enhanced strike zones, and an upper that looks even more sculpted for control.
And the colourway? Well, that doesn’t miss either. The Three Stripes look to have drawn some inspiration from the iconic Gunmetal Pred of the early 00’s and reimagined it for a new generation of maestros. That metallic detailing paired with the bold red full tongue... Take our money. It can’t help but catch your eye. And it looks so clean on foot.
This is just the beginning. Miretti has just lit the fuse on adidas’ next big move. We can feel the hype building and just know the curtain is getting ready to drop. A new Predator never arrives quietly, and this one definitely wont.
Adidas, we are ready.
