With the group stage draw done and dusted, and the googling of random Eastern European clubs completed it's time for the football to do the talking in the 2016/17 Europa League. New ball needed, new ball delivered, as adidas roll out the official match ball for their secondary European competition.
It's a slightly new look for the Europa League match ball as shades of red and navy sit on the white backdrop. Tech-wise, there's absolutely nothing different to the ball from the previous competition and the ball even retains the same design as the one used to fire Sevilla to European success for a consecutive year. Fans of Man City, Leicester, Arsenal & Spurs, don't worry about it. Fans of Man United and Southampton, drink it in. Fans of Chelsea, concentrate on qualifying.
