As we edge towards the end of Nike’s 25-year tenure as official match ball supplier to the Premier League, we get what is the last hi-vis Flight match ball from the partnership.

Noticed how dark it seems recently? Course you have. And with the clocks set to go back this weekend it’s only going to get worse. To combat the dinginess of the coming winter months, Nike and the Premier League have revealed the new hi vis match ball for 24/25, and it will be the last one of the current partnership, with PUMA set to take over ball-provider duties from the 25/26 season onwards.

The first Nike Flight match ball of the 24/25 season featured a classic white base with volt and purple graphic overlays, the latter taking on an almost ribbon like effect as it weaved its way across the surface of the ball to lend the design a visual definition. For the Hi Vis version, which will come into play later this month, it’s the same graphic layout only with the white base being flipped out for yellow, the volt details switching to a deep purple, and the ribbon graphic taking on a transitioning lighter purple, orange and pink effect.

The Nike Flight Hi Vis ball is still built with Aerowsculpt technology, which features grooves debased into the casing to allow air to travel seamlessly around the ball, delivering truer flight.
