Our keen SoccerBible reporters spotted England Under-21 goalkeeper Joe Lewis wearing a unique pair of Under Armour goalkeeper gloves, during the Under-21 European Championship game against Germany.
This was the first time we've seen these gloves on such a stage, so we were keen to find out more. The rumours we've heard are that Under Armour will be releasing three new styles of glove, which will include Pro Rolled finger and Negative cut, and of course as soon as we know more the SoccerBible will be the place to get this exclusive information.
England Under-21 goalkeeper Joe lewis is just one of a number of professional players turning to Under Armour football equipment, as we have also seen Daniel Agger of Liverpool and Bobby Zamora of Fulham switching to wear UA boots Indeed, even Joe was snapped wearing Under armour football boots during his brief cameo outfield for the England Under-21 friendly game against Azerbaijan!
Lewis looks set to have a bright future in the game, after his talent was spotted whilst impressing in goal for Championship side Peterborough United. At the SoccerBible we will be eagerly following the progress of both Joe and Under Armour goalkeeper gloves.
