The adidas Football Revolution hasn't neglected the man between the sticks as the brand's goalkeeper gloves receive a complete re-design. The ACE15 Zones Pro gloves, featuring an array of tech updates, will be worn for the first time by Barcelona stopper Marc-André ter Stegen in the Champions League Final this weekend.
The adidas ACE15 Zones Pro mirrors the ACE15 boot in that the punching zone has been developed with a similar look and feel to the CTRL/WEB section of the new silo. A newly developed foam component covers the area between the fingers and the palm of the hand to deliver a much firmer feel and grip of the ball in all weather conditions and extra shock absorption is introduced to take the sting out of those rasping shots.
The punching zone is where adidas have predominately focused on as the spread out construction of the punching zones provides enhanced flexibility, encouraging all of the natural movements of the hand. The palms stick with the launch colourway of the adidas Football Revolution using a volt base and black fingers, thumbs and added grip in areas prone to high abrasion.
The adidas ACE15 Zones Pro Gloves are available to pre-order at select stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer for a July 01 drop. GK Union, what you saying? Leave your comments below.
