Continuing their partnership, Liverpool and Converse are back with a new limited edition capsule collection, which takes inspiration from the Club’s colours, architecture and typeface while celebrating the club’s history and championing its future.

Earlier this year, two global icons in Liverpool Football Club and Converse came together for a hype drop that was a celebration of the diverse and creative nature of the club's beating heart – its supporters. Now, the pair continue their partnership for a second collaborative limited-edition product capsule collection, and this time it fuses inspiration from the rich history of iconic Liverpool FC imagery with the diversity and creativity that reflects a new generation of global football fans.

The Fall Holiday 23 Converse x Liverpool FC collection looks to the Club’s colours, architecture and typeface to develop a unique lifestyle take on what it is to be a Liverpool supporter. Key pieces include a limited edition unisex premium puffer jacket, Converse x LFC Chuck 70 high-top sneakers incorporating colour-blocking and gradient style inspired by LFC's iconic away colours, a Converse x LFC cotton jersey Crew, including illustrated LFC inspired graphics and the Converse x LFC Star Player 76.

This second collaboration will also see the corresponding campaign ‘Creating From The Ground Up’ shift from inspiration to action as Converse provided a platform for featured Liverpool FC fans to create with Converse in the production of the campaign.

Building on the success of the Converse x Liverpool FC partnership, we couldn’t be prouder to launch the FH23 collection and campaign, which celebrates the rich history of Liverpool FC, whilst bringing to the forefront the creativity of LFC fandom,” said Steven Bramble, VP/GM Converse Western Europe. “To feature LFC fan’s creative work in the campaign is the natural evolution of Creating From The Ground Up and really does enable, celebrate and support creativity in all its forms.

The campaign, launching on 18 October ‘23 features a cast of Liverpool FC fans who are lifelong supporters and creatives in their own right: multi-discipline creative Dredz, singer songwriter Pixey and artist Sterling Rose Kelly alongside members of the senior mens and women’s Liverpool FC squads Darwin Nunez, Missy Bo Kearns & Taylor Hinds.

Sterling, Pixey & Dredz have all played a creative role in the direction of the campaign alongside key members of Converse social and community impact partner Homotopia, a Liverpool-based organisation serving LGBTQIA+ socially engaged artists and creatives. Converse have invested in Homotopia’s Young Homotopia Creative Skills programme throughout 2023. Homotopia artists and Liverpool LFC fans who have worked on the creative of this campaign are Olivia Graham, Margie Houlston, Jess Scott, Sian Bennett, Kolade and DJ Lauren Lo Sung.

This creative process is emblematic of the Converse x Liverpool FC partnership, which sets out to celebrate creativity and diversity within the game and connect those supporters who are aiming to build a more inclusive, more creative, and more diverse football community.
