Nike turn over their first training footwear card of 2015 by launching the Free Trainer 3.0, a shoe designed to deliver speed, stability and versatility with set of ice-cold visuals that put the fly in Flywire.

Nike's focus when designing a training shoe is versatility - athletes need to be able to do it all: run, cut, jump and lift. Players keeping up their training programmes throughout the darkest of Winter nights will reap the benefits when it comes down to those decisive end of season fixtures and Nike are helping them beat the Winter blues with one of their hottest training sneakers yet - the Free Trainer 3.0.

Some description

Athletes are faster when the foot moves naturally so Nike have used hexagonal flex grooves on the outsole that offer six different flex points to enable natural motion. Mid-foot Nike Flywire technology provides superior stability and the support needed for rapid lateral movements and cuts in every direction and the low-profile stance of the 3.0 helps the athlete maintain balance when lifting weights.
