After kicking off their partnership back in May, Nike have today unveiled their first bash at an AS Roma away strip, inspired by shirts of the 1960's.

To be worn on pitch during the club's first match of their pre-season US tour, the new away kit is inspired by AS Roma’s jersey of the 1960s featuring a classic white base colour but with a yellow-and-red sash running diagonally from the shoulder through the crest and to the hem.

Replacing last season's fold over collar is a V-Neck with red at the back and white trim at the front. Inside the back of the neck is a red textured pennant tab with the statement: "La Roma Non Si Discute Si Ama" (Roma is loved without any question) – the club's famous motto.

The new kit marks a new partnership between AS Roma and Nike that was first revealed along with their home kit back in May. Last season the club took the unusual step of producing their kit in-house and even let those who had bought a season ticket choose the third kit design.
