If we could list our 3 weaknesses in this world it would be drinking, gambling and falling hopelessly in love with picturesque Italian football clubs. We've done it with Venezia, and now we're doing it all over again with Como. Oh yeah, here's their new home kit for 22/23.

Back to the club though... If the beautiful Stadio Giuseppe-Sinigaglia perched on the edge of Lake Como wasn't enough to hook you, then the equally as picturesque Cesc Fabregas has just joined as a player-owner, so that should clinch it. As for the kit, the Serie B club have linked up with Italian sports brand Errea for a home shirt that takes inspiration from the waters that practically lap up against the North Stand.

Those blue waters of Lake Como drench the new home shirt design as the club look to kick off their Serie B season and a new era with the overall goal to push towards a spot in Serie A – would we promote them solely for their stadium and backdrop? Yes, in a heartbeat. But that's why we ain't in charge of Italian Football. Unfair isn't it?

Errea have been in fine form ahead of the 22/23 season with a collection of stunning kit collections across Europe but this one they've created for their fellow countrymen is right up their in terms of bespoke quality. Expect Como to join that elite club of footballing love stories with the backing of their new boss. We reckon this ain't the last you'll be seeing of that new kit this season.

Yeah, you'll be trying to drag your other half here on your honeymoon so let us know how that goes won't you? From our own experience after discovering Venezia FC by gondola, it's tricky. Just sell it as a stunning panoramic view over Lake Como, they don't need to know it's from Row Z of the South Stand. To be fair, just tell them Cesc is playing. Rugged good looks and a smile to makes the knees wobble. Where were we? Ah yeah, the kit. Nice init.

The kit is available now on the club's website. That's if you don't get distracted by the stunning 360° interactive feature of the stadium on the homepage.
