So when it comes to Under Armour's namesake silo and colourways in particular, it seems only natural to go for a "Hi Vis Yellow" design. A boot to be worn by the brand's performers, the pitch replacing the stage.
Continuing to build on the success of the Speedform silo, the Spotlight 2.0 keeps comfort and lightweight performance at its core. The seamless anatomical heel-cup remains from the Speedform, a standout feature taken from the brand's running collection for cushioned fit and comfort. Other specifications include a secondary stretch construction for enhanced ball control and asymmetrical composite textile and moulded support to provide lateral stability.
Things are falling nicely into place for Under Armour to push on into 2017. The product is strong, and the message is powerful, now it's up to the brand to further enhance their grasp on the football footwear market. A few more player acquisitions wouldn't go a miss, and a leading Premier League player to replace Memphis Depay wouldn't harm Under Armour's soccer surge.
