Completing its stealthy seasonal pack that originally dropped back in January, Nike launch ‘Shadow Pack’ edition of the Tiempo Legend IX, combining the black base with silver and gold hues for a striking look.
Three decades on and the Tiempo continues as a fixture at all levels of the game, thanks to some continual evolution and an array of fresh looks. So while the pros have been switching into the red vibes of the ‘Blueprint Pack’ colourway recently, the grassroots game gets the arguably more aesthetically pleasing – and certainly more seductive – ‘Shadow Pack’ edition, offering a more traditional look combined with a flash of something special.
Nike originally introduced the ‘Shadow pack’ way back in January, with the Mercurial Vapor and Superfly and Phantom GT II getting suited up in their stealth suits. Now the pack is completed by the arrival of the Tiempo Legend IX, and it’s definitely a case of being worth the wait.
With no generational updates, what we get is a similar look to that of last year’s Renew Pack, with the “Black/Metallic Dark Grey/Anthracite” colourway subbing out the blue accents for a far more luxurious feel; the black base ensuring all attention is on that silvery Swoosh that’s bordered by gold.
