Providing a pleasing gold-on-black aesthetic, New Balance launch the ‘Deep Earth’ pack, which features the all-new next generation upgrades of the Furon and Tekela.

The next generation Furon v7 and Tekela v4 were unveiled as part of the limited First Edition ‘Gold Pack’ recently, but now those same sleek aesthetics are given a wider release for the ‘Deep Earth’ pack. The design is fuelled by the emergence of precious materials from the depths of the earth’s surface, in the same way incredible players are unearthed in the world’s most unlikely places.

The Furon sees a sleek black base joined by gold accents on the branding on what is fresh new design all round. The seventh generation features an innovative Hypoknit upper, designed to provide strategic areas of stretch and support, but one of the most notable points from a visual perspective is the off-set lacing. These tech enhancements have been included to deliver impressive lockdown, support, and an increased strike zone, improving on points from its predecessor.

The Tekela also sees the same black base with gold embellishments in the branding, positioned at mid foot at heel. Now in it’s fourth generation, the Tekela remains the brand’s laceless option, and it strives for more of the on-pitch recognition it deserves with some smart new updates. It starts by incorporating a full-foot stretch-knit upper with minimal texture, keeping the weight down and also bringing the foot closer to the ball for better feel. The previously mentioned laceless closure combines with a a directional heel lining to provide easy entry along with secure lockdown and stability.
